Infinity Shots Photography Services Agreement
This Photography Services Agreement is made between Infinity Shots, an independent contractor, hereinafter referred to as "Infinityshots," and the individual(s) identified in the accompanying quote or invoice, hereinafter referred to as "Client." This agreement does not constitute a "work for hire" arrangement.1. Description of Services
The Photographer agrees to deliver professional photographic services for the event(s) specified in the accompanying quote. Unless otherwise stated, one professional photographer equipped with digital camera equipment will be assigned to capture high-resolution digital images in .jpg format (“Digital Images”). Additional photographers or assistants may be utilized at the discretion of the Photographer. Completed images will be securely uploaded for the Client to download.2. Cooperation and Availability
The Client and Photographer agree to collaborate effectively to achieve optimal photographic results. For larger events, the Client or their designee must identify important individuals or groups to photograph. The Client assumes responsibility for ensuring key individuals are present, on time, and prepared for photographs.3. Lighting
The Photographer is proficient in managing most low-light conditions. However, in cases where flash photography is restricted or unsafe, the Client acknowledges that the delivered images will reflect the technical limitations inherent in such environments.4. Copyright, Usage License, and Model Release
The Photographer retains the copyright for all images produced. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use the Digital Images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing, digital sharing, and online display. The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for display, publication, and advertising purposes. Images will not be released until full payment is received.5. Deposit, Reservation, and Scheduling (Personal Events)
For portrait sessions, full payment is due prior to the session date. Retainers are non-refundable, even in the case of rescheduling or cancellation.6. Payment and Correspondence

The Photographer exercises utmost care in handling all services and images. However, liability for any claims, losses, or failures to deliver images is limited to a refund of the amounts paid under this agreement. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer and their representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from the services provided.
